Shipping

We ship all orders from Denmark to various countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination:

- International Orders: Shipping fees range between 95 and 750 DKK, depending on the country. Deliveries are handled by GLS or UPS. Find your specific shipping fee here.

- Within Denmark: A shipment fee of 40 DKK applies (free on orders above 400 DKK). Orders are delivered via GLS to a nearby "pakkeshop".

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of online orders within 14 days from the date of reception. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Returns are processed at your own risk and expense.

As a psychologist, Julie understands the importance of mental well-being and believes in the power of journaling as a tool for self-discovery and mindfulness.

Each guided journal has a specific theme and is carefully crafted to incorporate prompts that encourage deep reflection, spark inspiration, and promote emotional well-being.

By combining her knowledge about mental health with a fine-tuned aesthetic sense, Julie has made a collection of guided journals that not only provide a space for creative expression but also serve as a therapeutic outlet. With each turn of the page, you are invited to explore your thoughts, emotions, and dreams, giving you a deeper understanding of yourself.

All our guided journals are cloth-bound and made in Europe with the finest Swedish paper, ensuring a premium and sustainable writing experience.

I bought it on a summer trip to Copenhagen. I am very particular about the quality of notebooks and always buy one on every trip. Now I spent four days visiting all possible shops in Copenhagen and the choice was finally clear. I haven't regretted a day. The paper is made to last. Great-grandchildren will definitely get to read about your days. The notebook has now been in my backpack for 4 months among all the other things and the cover is like new. Well .. A couple of tea stains as a reminder of a leaking thermos mug.

Best when you open it in the morning and think how you slept and how you feel.

When it is time to go to sleep again, takes you back and helps you think day once trough and what is important for tomorrow,
