Regular price 245,00 kr

Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something that is important to us. Everyone grieves differently, but often the pain of loss can feel overwhelming.

The Grief Journal is for anyone who has experienced a loss. It provides a place to make sense of your thoughts and emotions with the help of guided prompts, pages for your own notes, and space for written and visual memories.

With The Grief Journal, we want to create a space where you can put words to the complex emotions of grief—a sanctuary for memories, longing, and reflections on what it means to navigate loss.

The journal offers a variety of questions to guide your writing. Our suggestion is to choose the question that resonates most with you in the moment. At the back of the book, you'll find space for your own reflections. You might feel drawn to revisit a previous question, or you may simply want to write freely about whatever comes to mind. Try not to limit yourself—there are no right or wrong answers.

  • 192 pages of guided space for thoughts and emotions
  • Size: 13,5 x 18,5 cm
  • Cloth-bound in a beautiful sage green colour
  • Made in Europe with 100 gsm cream white Swedish paper inside
  • Pen straps in A5 format match our Guided Journals. Find them here

The Grief Journal is part of our series of Guided Journals.

Also spelled as: sorg, dagbog, grief, grif, grive, grieve, griffe, sårg

♡ MADE WITH CARE

Our Guided Journals are made in Europe with high-quality Swedish paper—sourced from one of the world’s most sustainable paper mills. That means low water use, reduced emissions, and a lighter footprint on the planet.

We believe in slow aesthetics, timeless design, and making products that last. With minimal transport emissions and ethical production, every page is created with care.

You’re not just getting a journal—you’re supporting thoughtful, sustainable design that feels good to use and even better to keep.
